This commitment extends to personal information collected, processed and retained during our business operation. We strive to protect this information under our control and take the highest precautions to help maintaining the security, privacy and accuracy of this information.

We adhere strictly to the ten privacy principles laid out in the Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA):

We only collect personal information for the application of insurance on behalf of our customers. Credit and payment information collected during the process would be destroyed after passing on to the insurance companies.

Personal information including insurance policy details retained only for the purpose of servicing our clients. This information is retained in a highly protected and secured information system. This system has completed Statement on Auditing Standards No.70 (SAS 70) Type II Audit, an internationally recognized highest standard. This standard not only specifies security and controls, but also on the operating effectiveness.

Our commission ranges from 5% to 12.5% for personal and commercial auto, from 10% to 20% for personal home and commercial properties & liabilities.
